I hear your argument - most tech is incremental, categories are well defined, and creating new categories is extremely hard. Yet I still get jazzed every time FedEx or UPS pull up in front of my office with a new device to explore. If I didn't, writing reports over the weekend would feel much worse than it does... Have you tried going outside, playing some basketball, watching a movie, or taking a nap? I dunno.
