OK, I'll give you the snarky, cynical post for the day. So we just moved and to download Comcast's McAfee security suite I need to log in. So I did an online chat last night and was given Lisa Young's email address and reset password. I told the dude I am not Lisa Young (Though, I was Melissa at the time) and she must be the previous resident. He said no, don't worry we can change the name once you log in. So, I log in and there's Lisa's email to and from her uncle. Why ask for my name, Soc, and Comcast account number if you're not going to validate it. Anyway, he said he couldn't help further and that I should call in. Doesn't look like Lisa is currently using this account, so hopefully the reset password won't matter and there wasn't any private information for me to learn or share. But sheesh!
