		<description>I certainly agree that IP for large scale distribution of programmes seems impractical. Although there are limitations with a PVR based system, since we got our Sky+ box here in the UK it has transformed the way we watch TV. True it could be more flexible with an IP based system, but who is going to pay to upgrade the whole telephony infrastructure in a country like the UK to do it?</description>
