So the proof really is in the pudding. I recently booked a trip for my wife without using SeatGuru. I figured I was a clever guy, and got her 14F, a window seat, for her trip to London. What my dumb self did not realize at the time was that on most 2-5-2 or 3-4-3 international configurations, F is a middle seat.

Sorry hon!

Oh Jeremy!

I wish I had known. Yes, Mr. Daimler has been making all hard core road warriors lives much easier thanks to the insightful detail of his seat plans and recommendations. Make sure to keep a CLOSE eye on the A319 and A320 rec's for United Flights. Nothing like being in an excellent exit row, and then having a plane change, and being in the worst economy seat ever!
