Well, I'm happy someone got the Wireless Pre-N Router working without a hassle. After two calls to Belkin Support, each with over two hours wait time listening to music that would drive anyone crazy, before a technician finally got on the phone, the router is finally working!

The first tech apparently was as lost as I in the installation process. After about 20 minutes she had managed to configure a router that previously had at least recognized my modem althought it was not able to access the Internet into a dead box. This in turn knocked my modum activity off. I was then told that I would have to have my modem serviced by Road Runner and we could not proceed without the modem. After hanging up the phone, I unpluged the Belkin Router and hooked my modem back to my previous router and I was immediately on the internet again. There was nothing wrong with my modem except for one DUMP tech working for Belkin.

The next morning I called again.....waited over 2 hours on hold....and finally found a tech who apparently knew something about what she was doing. It took her about 10 minutes to solve the problem and got my connection working correctly. I've been on line about 3 hours now and so far so good......at least until I decided to install my Notebook Wireless Pre-N Card on my laptop running Windows ME. This was a big mistake!! Apparently if you run ME you can't use this card. My system would not install the software and never did recognize the card. At this time I am ready to give it all back to them!
