IP Summit: A Call To Arms

The Grokster case is starting to unfold and could have serious consequences for future IP law. It's the entertainment industries biggest stand against file sharing as we know it. On March 16th the Washington Convention Center will have conference to "examine the critical issues beyond the scope of this one case and to better understand the overall impact the current climate has on the advancement of creativity and innovation in the United States."
