Geek Squad Aids Tech-Challenged

As you ponder your holiday shopping, I'm sure many of you run into devices, products, and gadgets that you'd love to buy someone, but are pretty sure they would never figure out how to use. Well, Best Buy, Circuit City, and others are all offering their own so-called Geek Squads.
