CES Announces 2005 Innovations Award Winners
The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) announced their annual Innovations awards honorees. This is an interesting awards process, as the judges do not actually get to see, touch, feel, or use the products they give the awards to. In fact, everything is based on the written descriptions the companies submit.
The International CES Innovations Design and Engineering award program provides manufacturers and developers the opportunity to have products judged by an independent panel of journalists, designers and engineers. The Best of Innovations designation is awarded to products that earned the highest honors from the panel.
Our favorite winners (in no particular order):
